Is anyone aware of an app/github that allows a user to take a photo as verification that they completed a task, and have a human approval, then tokens are disbursed? Spec'ing this out because I need it for outreach work in Pakistan, but don't want to reinvent the wheel..

Admin/AI Approves the photos by checking the date, geolocation, and contents. If image/video is approved, tokens are released and worker balance increases.

I see this as a way to prevent the influences of extremism early, and help lift people who have no hope out of poverty. The goal is to open source the app so it can be used by other grassroots organizations to fund rides to schools or other outreach work.

Problem: Donors for international projects need a way to verify work is being performed, and reward consistent performance. Workers in distant geo-locations need income, and incentive to do honest work.
