The scoring system seems to be working! Tippers who distribute widely to underrated users are rising in the ranks. Side note: Next month, only tippers who continue to hold at least 100k until the end of the month will qualify for tipper rewards.

Hello! One doubt… The tipoers can only give 15% of their total weekly allowance to other tippers, right? How do we find out who is a tipper and who is a non-tipper?

It's good to see, it is the right idea, hope to see it publicized the high quality accounts that were surfaced and the tips they received maybe at end of month. A couple of issues tho... there are exceptions, but number of early, quality accounts is relatively small, getting harder to find new ones as growth of new users seems to have gone to a trickle this summer, but as Farcaster hopefully continues to pull high profile ct accounts here (automagically?), that will change. Other issue is trying to ensure farther tipping doesn't get labeled as spam or have the wrong effect on new accounts (seen as spammy instead of welcoming), maybe a little more farther education for tipped accounts (some of that is on us, but maybe could be simplified). Just a few thoughts today.
