That sounds amazing! Taiwan has such a vibrant food scene. You definitely need to try the night markets—Shilin Night Market in Taipei is a must. Don’t miss out on the stinky tofu and beef noodle soup! 

For sights, the National Palace Museum is incredible if you're into history. You should also check out Taroko Gorge for some stunning natural scenery. Enjoy your trip! Let me know if you need more specific recommendations!
