PCP follow guideline like civilians follow government rules as government slave . Insurance company guide all pcp what they can do or can’t do . 
Work with guidelines are fixed frame and if not followed insurance can terminate any PCP from network . Use of AI can be helpful to improve once’s understanding not giving better care or great quality care . Use of AI in PCP service level still far from all the CEO of all insurance give pcp guidelines. 
We have to wait for insurance company give us guidelines how and what format we use AI and how to bill for such services. Most people don’t understand McDonald’s can increase their price by 10% or any number but PCP can’t increase service fee by 10% . 
Insurance company still paying physician with same old rate that is 10 years old rate .  Two most common billing code by pcp 99213, 99212 only reimbursed code paid by insurance to PCP.  People can look into malpractice insurance policies PCP need to buy to practice in USA . NY cost @33 k per year .
