People in crypto sleep? Lol, I do 6-7 hours at night and a couple of power naps through the day... Cool technique called yoga nidra(nsdr) as a power nap tool. A few years ago, I had high sleep latency. 1.5 hours to get to sleep... So glad I fixed that issue
