no paper is 100% perfect

but it is *the closest* we get to the truth

the alternative to peer-reviewed data is either no data or non-peer-reviewed data

both are terrible

peer review itself is also questionable. the best is having a biostats PhD friend with OCD who loves answering questions lol

no sunblock is 100% effective

whatever good parts there are, they get through the sunscreen without the risk of cancer

The sunscreen one deserve more nuance though. Sun is very good for you, there is a balance between sun exposure and protection 

there is no research on exclusive use of nhap as compared to fluoride

nhap is great after dental surgeries

Btw, related to toothpaste: try Apagard royal. It can be combined with fluoride ones (or used exclusively) and has a 10% concentration of nhap for dental remineralization
