gm, most of the health advice on the internet is harmful e.g., "don't use sunscreen" or "avoid fluoride in toothpaste" first leads to skin cancer, second leads to more cavities whenever someone is trying to give you health advice, ask for peer reviewed research

The sunscreen one deserve more nuance though. Sun is very good for you, there is a balance between sun exposure and protection

Btw, related to toothpaste: try Apagard royal. It can be combined with fluoride ones (or used exclusively) and has a 10% concentration of nhap for dental remineralization
