The sunscreen one deserve more nuance though. Sun is very good for you, there is a balance between sun exposure and protection 

Huh no the wavelengths that are used to produce vitamin D are the same ones blocked by sunscreen. 

If you are scared of the sun and cover your skin all the time you do miss out on healthy UV rays that have all sorts of health benefits

ffs there is no nuance

no sunblock is 100% effective

whatever good parts there are, they get through the sunscreen without the risk of cancer
