normally company specific but breaking it down: launch on excel sheets/airtable if you can with as much manual work/forms. if not: use a super strongly opinionated MVC framework (rails, django, spring boot) of a language you know well. monolith! donā€™t waste time on code cleanliness or abstractions or OOP use shadcn ui or tailwind. template template template. deploy to production on day 1 and make sure you have CD pipelines attached to github so you can push deploy. use digital ocean or super easy to deploy tools like hatchbox.io, fly.io if you donā€™t know one of the big 3 well. bottom line: donā€™t dare think about scaling! just launch and try to code the least amount you can (probably a lot you can cut out of scope).

use twillio API and write a python script that runs a cron job that sends the texts and deploy on digital ocean droplet like $6 a month + twilio costs
