if anyone needs help scoping an MVP toss me a message — happy to help

normally company specific but breaking it down:

launch on excel sheets/airtable if you can with as much manual work/forms.

if not:

use a super strongly opinionated MVC framework (rails, django, spring boot) of a language you know well. monolith! 

don’t waste time on code cleanliness or abstractions or OOP

use shadcn ui or tailwind. template template template.

deploy to production on day 1 and make sure you have CD pipelines attached to github so you can push deploy.

use digital ocean or super easy to deploy tools like hatchbox.io, fly.io if you don’t know one of the big 3 well.

bottom line: don’t dare think about scaling! just launch and try to code the least amount you can (probably a lot you can cut out of scope).
