This is definitely one of many tools available to get a pulse.

I wouldn’t say this settles the debate, it’s certainly one of many signals

Scientist by day, other things at night.

Writing complex and nuanced takes, viewed by few, appreciated by none.

That’s why it’s a hot debate.

As a builder who has suffered “Stack Too Deep” many times, I’m personally still against investing time in EOF.

It’s a small pain for the devs, no benefits to the end user.

Plus seemingly non trivial and no-backward compatible.

Of all the issues in the last years, this is the one where I have the weakest opinion on. Nothing I've read made me sway strongly in either direction. What am I missing?

Not sure if there’s a single spot for it.
