would guess that our biggest loss is around new grants that didn't deliver after a few weeks. if confirmed - might explore some sort of lock on initial funding until 1 month is reached. what do folks think of this idea? could potentially unlock funding earlier if there's a minimum TCR staked on the project.

I think a 1 month lock is very very fair!!
It gives the person time to get into the “flow” of things!!
(no reason to fund a project that doesn’t even meet the requirements on month 1!Seems like that would be a big indicator it was only about the money and no passion driving them…)
Just my 2 cents, also agree if there’s a stake, skin in the game, could unlock after 2 weeks, as long as they are “active”…
