Are audit contests still as effective/attracting talent as they were a year ago? 

Rumour is that the top talent all started taking a salary.

I believe it’s getting better / more efficient, evident through meaningful bugs disclosed after major audit firms. 

Also imo it’s the only way for a scalable auditing mechanism, which will be relevant soon in the bull market as auditing firms get fully booked.
