DAY 1 of my "No Sugar" challenge. Everyone I've talked with that cut out sugar experienced dramatic health benefits. I'm hoping for improvement in my sleep and better focus. Have you had a positive (or negative) effect from cutting out sugar? https://amerisleep.com/blog/sugar-and-sleep/

That’s great! Excited to see your journey! I started cutting off sugar when my health report came back with a high blood glucose. It was hard at the beginning, but slowly I notice a better skin, less snacking habits and feeling good.

Yes!! You can do it!! One step at a time. When you have cravings, making tea works for me, or splash of grapefruit juice with soda water. I think the bitters helps cut off appetites.
