Good try! I still find it quite challenging to make mung bean super tasty rather than making into a paste with sugar. Do you have any experiences?

I don't make anything with mung beans. My favorite legumes are lentils, black beans, and kidney beans. I don't love red bean paste either, it's so dryyyy

Red beans and rice Or just put it in a salad Chili Soup I can't explain it but I just LOVE kidney beans šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø sometimes when I eat too many rich meals I just want like red beans and rice with an over easy egg on top. Like not even fancy red beans and rice, just plain boring food. Probably my body telling me to lay off the sodium and fat. I make a Cuban style black bean soup OR a lentil soup weekly; that's how much I love those two.
