Imagine moist tender pieces of chicken ( close to teriyaki but less sweet) with a hint of ginger to palate. Along with Marinated shiitake mushroom, that is juicy and full umami along with Chinese dried sausage that is sweet and savory. And you dig down into the claypot, there is a beautiful crust of crispy rice. 😁
