I made a big mistake today 😢 I picked up a stainless steel pan by the handle and carried it from the stovetop to the counter immediately after removing it from a 450 degree oven. By the time I registered the pain, it was too late. All five fingers and most of my palm were burned/blistered. Swelling has gone down a bit now, but healing this is going to take some time. Reminder to be careful in the kitchen 💜
