Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Are you doing compound movements? I do mostly body weight and compound weighted exercises so I often find that a day in between push/pull is good to give my shoulders, forearms, and joints time to recover. My in between day is usually yoga and mobility — light stuff focused on range of motion.

Trying to do compound movements yeah. Been isolating muscle by groups but am finding that compound targets it all while giving the body enough to heal. Definitely need to integrate lighter stuff and focus on range of motion. Thank you ser.
