I’ve started making FAQ documents for patients when they bring up Huberman quotes. Been listening to his podcast (more so to answer my own patients queries) and never seen so much extrapolation from mice models and skeptical low N research. Some of his guests are great, but it’s more the declarations that hurt

out of curiosity - anything in the FAQ about fadogia agrestis, receipt paper, or apple airpods?

Lol nothing on the BPA of receipt paper although I don’t know enough about it. But fadogia is top 5 and had a few with renal failure and one with liver failure asking for it and didn’t know it’s toxicity. The dosage he recommends is his own, no studies on it. For someone with liver/kidney weakness, it’s deadly
