Maybe second time *tech* founders? Chatted to a software engineer building her 3rd fintech product and she concurred the one thing she’s doing differently now is onboarding a marketer sooner to tackle acquisition. Non-tech founders I find have the opposite problem - PR/distribution sorted, product not yet built.
