Thinking about how brands behave on social. A logo and perfect copy w loads of CTAs make brands feel “faceless”. I’m never inclined to “talk to a brand”. What if we redesigned the UX slightly? Show the person behind the brand (photo/name) & remind ppl… they’re ppl too.
