Anyone remembers the Vice reporter who faked it into becoming London’s #1 restaurant all through showing how easy it is to fake social proof? Brilliant. Sadly fake growth works to get the ball rolling. Super deceptive but would never happen if humans didn’t value follower quantity vs quality in the first place.

The high was still on in Q1 and Q2, which would have made overall ‘22 still favourable vs ‘20. The question on a lot of founders minds is whether the consumer and investor trust/interest will recover.

When you wanted slow and steady growth, but then one client says “not today!” and their entire network onboards in one day and crashes your aws servers 🥹 Only other time this ever happened to me was at HSBC where we used on premise servers. I think the pools should have accounted for the psychological factor. My dad is so afraid of flying and heights that if I asked him to come to the moon he’d shred his passport as an excuse.

Here are a few good reasons… 1. 40% of Americans are afraid of flying 2. 2.5-5% are clinically afraid so their doctor wouldn’t even let them 3. 39M in the world have debilitating acrophobia. The thought of heights and flying to the moon to see earth… would probably send them into a violent panic attack.

Just need to make sure it’s not closed. It’s been on my to photograph list for ages and then when I finally got there… they closed off the most interesting parts during the pandemic and fight even say that on the website or IG 😭 5 months ago though.

For secluded pristine beaches & wild horses - Nihi Sumba. For diving/snorkel - Gili T In 🇮🇩, the fish schools & big turtles are out of this world. For whale shark diving - Malapascua & Oslob 🇵🇭 My bf would say El Nido for unreal island beauty & sunsets 🇵🇭 In Bali this is amazing: https://g.co
