I think I was quite late to this, I have been around a lot of athletes and I realized that having a pre-performance ritual helps them deliver outstanding performances A strong part of the ritual, is listening to music, and melodious sounds like this, emotionally primed them for calmness and precision Do you also listen to this when you look to enter a state of flow for your research work or any form of activity??
