Celestia is just a collection of data blobs that are namespaced, and each namespace can be its own chain. Celestia is focused on Sovereign rollups to start, so data heavy smart contracts on ethereum can offload data availability to Celestia. It takes true understanding of blockchain tech to think of an idea like this
