Convince me I’m wrong: not a ton of incentive to be first to AA wallets given security risk / lack of Lindyness.

What projects that want to use AA should start with is something simple stupid and that is upgradeable. Wait for the landscape of AA paradigms to mature before adding complexity. The cool thing is you can bundler ops like approve and transfer into a single UserOp which will improve UX on day one.
