Have had a few people ask: how come Warpcast is moving so much faster?

1. @v has led a huge push to ruthlessly prioritize on everything we work on

2. We stopped having two priorities: making the protocol permissionless and building new app features—the entire team is focused on growth now.

Can you speak to team composition? 

Based on the folks I’m familiar with and your job posts it seems you hire primarily at the staff+ level and pay top of market. 

Have been meaning to ask you about this for a while :)
