I’m working on something similar with /opacity 

They don’t mention the problem of non-repudiation in SSL/TLS where it’s hard to trustlessly extract information.

Would love to see them go into detail on that in particular

Will write something formal up soon, but I’ll explain quickly here.

In SSL/TLS, client and server do a diffie-hellman key exchange to find a shared secret. Then you derive a symmetric key from the shared secret, and this symmetric key is used to dec/encrypt.

The issue is the client knows the key the server uses.

Do you have any write ups / explanations you can share about this non-repudiation problem?
