If I could nudge one thing with the meta, change the recast requirement to a follow requirement.

- More durable potential ongoing relationship vs. 1-time
- People will likely give you a chance b/c they can unfollow
- Would likely increase the participation since it doesn't spam their feed.

I really doubt there is a social norm solution here.

Don't underestimate consumer sentiment and vibes, aka norms.

We'll also likely tweak the feed algo. But both are important.
