@dawufi and I have a channel for Sherpa-ing. It’s a bit of a grind even if there’s earnestness. Been working on @sumaa and he made a friend in this thread. These guys love DeFi but apparently there’s not enough DeFi protocol enthusiasts here. Which is surprising to say the least. yeah, perplexing. my hypothesis is everybody think everyone else on farcaster must be super smart super right curve so they don’t want to sound mid curve? I’m like the most mid curve noob around please teach me senpais. another thought is just not enough activation energy or critical mass.

no, people just find one another. it just doesn't scale because even those who find each other are like 10 people and rather than creating an island in this part re: protocol engineering (DeFiwise), they just flock back to either X or long-time, engagement-guaranteeing chats like Lobster on TG.
