I quit smoking the analogs years ago. On a very rare occasion, I'll enjoy a cigar or a clove, but I can definitely say the nicotine in Zyns and vapes have been just as effective. Tobacco smoke has MAOIs in it, they make quitting even harder, and I can get the appeal.
