In addition to touching grass and reducing phone time, I find that it helps to not use my computer or even sit at my "workstation" for one (and ideally two days) over the weekend When I do come back, I feel a lot more excited to catch up on everything

My parents never ate out or took vacations growing up. So I actually suck at doing those. I only care about building shit and making crypto great again. Everything else is a waste of time.

If it was my way I wouldn’t even send them to college. I think formal academics is a waste of time. I’d mix manual labor with practical analytical work with technology.

Agreed, world changes too fast to be lectured on things The lindy stuff can be learned through labor and salt of the Earth work The useful and contemporary stuff comes fastest through self study and business / experimentation
