I understand this is where the volume is currently at but just feel like Base represents so much more and that we've somewhat lost the plot lately.

If Base repeats what BSC became last cycle I think thats an L.

Chain gets usage and volume but feel like what it represents is not progressive relative to what we've seen time and time again in crypto.

I think the chance of that happening is low. Jesse & team are actively encouraging builders and there are grants to developers. I expect we'll see a lot of new apps come out of stealth on Base in the coming months.

Plus Base already has an L3 on top (degen chain) which is a point BSC never reached iirc.
