This is the biggest but at least in past Verizon used to have a bunch of windowless buildings i remember regularly walking by one in hells kitchen back in 2000s that was ~10+ stories, think it's demolished now tho

it's the point where titans are immune to angry neighbors, bounces data from deities, splits light into beams, and envelopes all that it captures into pitch black. it is a place where the silliest of bunnies never tread, nor do they need to, as the watchful eye knows, and can cast a bolt from the gods to smite them.

yeah that may be the most Brutalist of buildings. Like someone else said, its a massive internet/communications exchange, tons of undersea cables terminate there. NSA is setup there apparently.
