it's the point where titans are immune to angry neighbors, bounces data from deities, splits light into beams, and envelopes all that it captures into pitch black. it is a place where the silliest of bunnies never tread, nor do they need to, as the watchful eye knows, and can cast a bolt from the gods to smite them.

yeah that may be the most Brutalist of buildings. Like someone else said, its a massive internet/communications exchange, tons of undersea cables terminate there. NSA is setup there apparently.
