I used to have a streak of 3-4 years meditating and it helped so much with my mental health, I always did it first thing in the morning, it’s something that makes things so easier, being grateful for breathing another day is a thought that sets gratefulness into the day, now I learned that for example drawing and designing can be meditative, walking can be meditative, and sometimes smoking can be meditative, focusing on your breath, and one day you realize you were always conscious, always present, even the thoughts of the past and future, occur in the present, and that’s what makes you conscious, glad to see you come to the peace side ✌️ 0 reply
