Seems tasty! I often have something similar for breakfast - a protein smoothie bowl or muesli which contains seeds, nuts, and fruit. Mine have a lot more carbs as the “base”, like oats or something

Not a fan of his diet lol. Keep in mind that his regiment also includes taking steroids and tons of supplements. However, the stuff he is eating is quite healthy. I'd say the majority of his health just comes from regular workout, steroids and decent food.
