i have many personas on farcaster and i wish i could present my profile accordingly we have: > designer erica (expert) > dev erica (learning) > onchain erica (professional) > irl erica (wip) > current fixation erica (ephemeral - rn it is home improvement) depending on which hat i'm wearing i also want to see different content and people i follow (which we have with topic clusters from /unofficial ) BUT how can we design that same concept for people viewing our profiles? i'm sure i'm not the only one who has dif personas here (this is what i love about fc is that this is even possible!)

i think a big issue is that the frequency of which i post content within a persona does not match up to whether that persona is active within my life or not like dev erica exists every day bc i'm building every day, but i don't think my top 5 channels would include /dev or /frontend you know? i post 1-2x per week but it's still a part of my identity

I feel the same way and it’s often most palpable on Spotify. Pls do not serve me my workout playlist any time besides at the gym πŸ˜‚ Maybe a smidge of manual consent is required? Like if you periodically showed me β€œhey Erin, seems like you dig these things. Active part of your persona?” and I swiped?

hahah so true. the DJ is usually VERY off with what i want to hear in that moment, but the daylist seems to get me better i like the prompted manual consent - it still lets a lot of the work be automatic (detecting a new interest/persona) but YOU get to choose if that's what you display on your profile
