What's the best way to gift a newbie crypto? I shouldnā€™t know their seed phrase nor be the owner of the wallet; they donā€™t care to manage these fundsĀ (yet). Do we not have a service that securely facilitates key transfer/custody?

Why do you want to do this? If you want them to hold it, I think the multisig idea is good, or look into how parents set up crypto wallets/trusts for their kids. If you want them to use it/become enthusiasts, then maybe look into how they can use crypto easily (MetaMask, Rainbow...) and in a way they'll enjoy

I want to offer it as part of a baby gift. All my friends are having kids and it's an alternative to depositing in their bank account. I also think it'll pique the parents' interest be extension šŸ˜ But the parents don't care to manage and these aren't my kids lol. I can totally just hold it for them, but it's not a very fun gift that way.

A newbie wallet gift for a newborn? Sounds like an opportunity for a cool wallet product šŸ˜ /consumercrypto
