Totally true! Where we are now was a process, our past self is part of this process like all the people we met along the way. Often, our past self, is in debt with us because we learned from his mistakes and make it better. p.s. it doesn’t work for everyone unfortunately

It’s so crazy that you chose today to cast this. I was in this loop in my head yesterday about a few things I did many years ago when I was younger that I am not proud of. None of them are major things either but from time to time they still pop into my head. Essentially I was beating myself up about them decades after the fact even though since that time I have grown so much and become a much better version of myself. I was thinking later that day about whether or not I could let myself off the hook and if I had punished myself enough at this point to let it all go…
