had 4 slices of it lol, pork sausage was πŸ”₯ too this local farm we went to today had a 4 course lunch >charcuterie board w cheeses from their farm, olives >3 scaccia’s >warm ricotta made that day w fresh bread to go in it (this was fascinating, never had anything like it before) >grilled pancetta (in the photo below) and pork sausage as much as u want, paired w salad >cannolis and espresso for dessert oh and good local wine from the region! all for 18 euro 🀯

My friend you just unlocked my childhood memories when we went to this kind of places with all the family! Was really great times. The fact that most of Italians still follow old traditions and slow life is priceless.
