Bad move all around IMO

Yuga already struggling atm and now have more people to worry about and attention diverted into a space they aren't really already involved in (fine art or whatever)

And with PROOF run into the ground, Kevin is supposed to be the advisor?

Smells more like a16z forced this to consolidate
