things i wish i did sooner that have significantly improved my quality of life: - writing what im grateful for each morning - not saying yes to every single thing ever incase it disappoints people - going for walks - eating whole foods - prioritising sleep - lifting heavy + doing my prehab exercises - listening to my body and learning when to stop what about you?

dump everything in your mental ram onto paper or some form of task manager routinely you'll sleep better
