I also gave up on the native module yesterday bc I couldn’t get it to link properly even using the expo scaffold command for creating a native module 😇

yeah I thought was such a cop out to have the example project in the module…are you on sdk 52? 

I read that some folks rolled back to 51 and it fixed the issues with native module linking

the expo example is stupid because it adds an example project inside the module itself so it doesn't have to link at all

i tried following what bluesky did and it still doesn't work for some reason
