women/nb dominating the leaderboards on a weekly basis and not a single one chosen by the fc community for a lightning talk at farcon 🥲 and yes there were plenty to choose from - 5/6 of my choices for talks were by women/nb folks

Yeah…I think the community votes are pretty telling. This is a lesson in stated vs revealed prefs.
