back at the gym after some time off with a foot injury! I spent some time rehabbing it properly before smashing out: - shoulder DB press - DB split stance RDLs - 20 minute EMOM with wall balls, push ups + bicep curls ended up doing 120 wall balls total šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø goal is to do a Hyrox comp in about 4-6 months!
