burnt out a little this week so took it easy gym wise today was a quick 25min volume focused squat workout just to keep the habit up: banded clamshells 2x12 with 3 sec holds body weight squats 2x12 squats with empty barbell 2x8 squats with highest weight 3x6 finish with empty barbell 1x12
