You got this! In the class, you can easily run 1-3 miles within those 20-25 mins. The sprinting is a killer but don’t do what everyone else is doing. Do what you can bc it’s a long 60m within those no breaks.

Yeah, that’s why I say do what you can. Just because your neighbors are clearing 10mph for sprints doesn’t mean you should. ☠️ I’m out of shape (winter bod) and can only do 1.5-2m.
