ladies 30+ what is the best thing you've done for your skin? from topicals to lasers to injectables to surgical intervention, i'm curious what's been worth it to you! (besides daily SPF - we can all agree that's the absolutely necessary one)

I used to do peelings when I was younger for my acne, it also worked on the overall texture of my skin - but haven’t done anything after 30. Also interested - I reckon peelings are a good start depending on what you want to achieve.

my doctors in Paris have recommended me to do laser for acne scars. Apparently it’s the best. But that scares me so much πŸ™ˆ so i never did it. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

RF treatments are good for volume loss. You can get a good at-home device too, but you need to do it 5x/day religiously to get max results. I also drink grass-fed collagen powder in coffees/smoothies! Re: peels, If you get a custom peel at a facial, they (should) mix it fresh right before applying for potency, but they can always cut it down. Def suggest doing this and then working the potency up! There are also a lot of good chemical exfoliant toners you can use OTC (I use them daily) If I had to shill you on one thing it's 100% arazlo, it's slightly more potent than regular tretinoin and is less drying. I think everyone should be using it :)
