1. Heat oven to 375 Fahrenheit 2. Spread a layer of toasted pumpkin seeds on parchment paper 3. Sprinkle on grated parm cheese, freshly cracked pepper, and paprika 4. Bake just until cheese is light brown and melted (watch closely because it only takes a couple minutes) 5. Let cool and break into cracker pieces

This is the method I used :) my pumpkin seeds were pre-salted so you can add salt to taste if needed too
