What's are some ideas to get most out of a week physically together for a fully remote team coming together for the first time?

So far we have:

- Booked meeting rooms to work together in
- Social / bonding activity
- Meals together

Been doing onsites since 2010. Two most impactful aspects in my mind:

* Have a plan for what is work and what is social. I always preferred social when being together. Others got some dope stuff done.
* Have one person responsible for coordination and scheduling so everything gets magically done for everyone else.
