eth nailed nfts and defi last cycle. people were SWEATING and CURSING clicking buttons furiously trying to spend $80 on gas so they could ape early into a new metaverse project where you buy some pixel "land" and it gives you 500% apy

are you trying to tell me that in the 3 years since, the culture has changed sooo much that we look down on that behavior now and call it "mania" and that it will pass? literally all of the mania was on the EVM just 3 years ago

"oh solana is just good for memecoins" sounds like if someone said "oh eth is just good for degenerate yield farming and speculating on pictures"

i hate the "solana is scam" take because it is intellectually dishonest and pure cope. financial freedom should also mean you don't get culturally hanged for participating in the current meta

the people who say this rn remind me of the people in 2021 who talked shit and stayed sidelined on their CEX until they finally top blasted
