instead of it being considered an act of violence, use debt you just keep going into crushing debt as you consume more cakes you consolidate and refinance your debt at the gym by performing feats of strength and endurance your accountant is your trainer

This is already what happens. Clever marketing, combined with social norms encourage behaviors that lead the most disenfranchised to accrue more debt to survive. In some parts of the US, fresh produce is hard to find which makes healthy living expensive or impossible.
